1000 workers are killed in the workplace annually and tens of thousands are seriously injured.

Business are devastated when a worker is injured, and employers have no insurance for regulatory fines that can be as high as $1Million.

About the Role:

You'll be member of the revenue team and will regularly collaborate with marketing, other sales team members, client success and product development teams to accelerate our market growth and expansion.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be executing on prospect lists from various channel partners as part of their special member programming.

You will be following up on referrals and other leads generated from various marketing activities. The Key Performance Indicator for this role is the number of appointments set with qualified prospects.


Some of the things you can expect to do on a day-to-day basis:

  • Play a critical role as we find new clients to serve and our expand across North America and beyond.
  • Work in collaboration with the Director of Partnerships and other sales team members to execute sales plans and programming with various industry associations and other highprofile organizations.
  • Research prospects, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Using a consultative sales process, have meaningful conversations with business owners and influencers about their greatest pains, frustrations and fears regarding workplace safety and compliance.
  • Once pain points are isolated, invite prospects to explore how they con solve it. AKA, set consult appointments for the senior sales team / safety professionals.
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce.
  • Learn, grow, collaborate and have fun
  • Know that you are making a difference in the lives of so many families.

Bottom Line:
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and setting appointments.


WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Proven inside sales experience and a track record of getting stuff done and over-achieving quota.
  • A genuine love for people and making their lives better.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a warm, enthusiastic phone presence.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Proficient computer skills and aptitude
