As a Talent Administrator you will responsible for managing and overseeing the compensation and rewards administration within our eco-system of portfolio companies.

Your main objective is to help create, maintain and enforce efficient and accurate processes to ensure our team members.


What You'll Do:

  • Payroll Processing: Accurately and timely processing of employee payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes based on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Payroll Record Maintenance: Maintaining accurate and uptodate payroll records, including employee information, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, including tax filing and reporting requirements.
  • Employee Inquiries: Addressing and resolving payrollrelated inquiries from employees, such as questions about pay, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Payroll Reporting: Generating payroll reports for management and other stakeholders, including payroll summaries, tax reports, and yearend reports.
  • Reconciliation: Reconciling payroll data to ensure accuracy and identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
  • Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary deductions.
  • System Maintenance: Managing and maintaining payroll, benefits and HRIS software systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintaining the confidentiality and security of payroll information, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Stay Updated: Staying informed about changes in payroll laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficient payroll processing.

What You'll Need:

  • Postsecondary education in accounting, finance, human resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge of

Payroll Systems:
Proficiency in using payroll software and systems is essential.

  • A strong understanding of payroll processes, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, is crucial. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to payroll, such as the ESA, is also important.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate and errorfree processing of employee payroll information. This includes verifying timesheets, calculating overtime, and ensuring proper deductions.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating integrity in handling this information is essential.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary for interacting with employees, management, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills are required to manage payroll records, maintain accurate documentation, and meet payroll processing deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, address employee concerns, and troubleshoot any payrollrelated issues that may arise.
