OVEN FRESH BAKING COMPANY LTD. / GOOD FOR YOU DESSERTS

Oven Fresh Baking Company & Good For You Desserts are commercial bakeries located in Etobicoke.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

-
MUST HAVE: 1-2 years of experience with supervision at food facility

Helps to achieve the production schedule on time
Mixing ingredients
Be able to bake in rack ovens
Verify product (bread) requirements such as: Shape, Color, product specifications
Ensures that all products are properly placed in the containers (pans, trays, etc)
Be able to use dispenser
Be able to operate packaging machine
Keep inventory notes and order raw materials
Cleaning and spraying pans
Completes duties in accordance with quality assurance
Ensuring plant is cleaned with team

Qualifications:

-
MUST HAVE: 1-2 years of experience with supervision at food facility

Experience in a food manufacturing environment
Must meet the physical demands required for the job. Be able to work in fast paced environment
Ability to consistently demonstrate the skill and ability to efficiently perform duties.
Ability to work with others
Good understanding of product requirements, types and varieties
Good Communication skills
Must be prepared to work extra hours when required
Lives close to work. Honest and reliable with good references
