We are looking for a part-time customer service representative to join out teamThe customer service position will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Calling, screening and booking appointments
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving patient concerns
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oakville, ON L6L6L4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
