    Position Summary:

    As a Clinic Floor Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clinic floor. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily activities, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of patient care. This role demands exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    Staff Supervision and Training:

    • Lead and supervise a team of clinical and administrative staff, including hair technicians, nurses, and receptionists.
    • Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure staff members deliver exceptional service and maintain a professional demeanor.

    Patient Experience and Care:

    • Ensure that every patient receives personalized care and attention.
    • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations at every interaction.
    • Collaborate with staff to ensure optimal treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, appointment management, and patient flow optimization.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
    • Implement quality control measures to uphold the clinic's reputation for excellence and safety in hair transplant procedures.

    Inventory and Equipment Management:

    • Manage inventory levels of medical supplies, equipment, and specialized tools.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and maintenance of essential resources.
    • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.

    Marketing and Client Relations:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting new clients and retaining existing ones.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to build trust and loyalty to the clinic.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (preferred).
    • Previous experience in a healthcare or aesthetics setting, with a focus on patient care and client services.
    • Knowledge of hair restoration techniques and procedures is a plus but not required.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including patients, staff, and medical professionals.
    • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and fostering a positive work environment.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
