Responsibilities

• Work with the food & beverage team to provide courteous and efficient service during the afternoon hours of guests' stays.
• Greet guests, respond to guest requests and serve them in a friendly manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and surrounding area, following a "clean as you go" process.
• Operate in a fast‑paced, busy environment as part of a dynamic team.
• Apply mixology expertise, excellent customer service, multitasking abilities, and strong communication skills.
• Tell engaging stories about the history behind our unique offerings.
• Work schedule: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm Sunday to Thursday; 12:00 pm – 12:00 am Friday and Saturday.

Qualifications

• Valid Smart Serve Certificate.
• Self‑motivated with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions as directed.
• Has personal transportation (required because the hotel is not located on a bus route).
