    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute Jobright 0‑1 go‑to‑market strategy and drive organic growth.
    • Help identify product‑market fit by consistently engaging target users, building community, collecting feedback, and uncovering pain points.
    • Establish Jobright as the premier AI job search co‑pilot brand.
    • Build relationships with industry influencers and partners to expand reach.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase user retention and engagement.
    • Monitor and report on KPIs related to user growth and engagement.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in go‑to‑market strategies at early‑stage tech startups.
    • Strong track record in growth marketing, product marketing, and content marketing.
    • Prior experience in recruiting or HR domain preferred.
    • Expertise in growth marketing tools, analytics platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
    • Proficiency in content creation and market research.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
    • Analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making on growth metrics.
