Salary: $45,000-$55,000 base salary.

Role Overview:

Are you an imaginative designer eager to sculpt flawless user journeys and redefine the landscape of digital design? At roomvu, we're inviting you to be a pivotal force in revolutionizing the user experience of our web applications.

As a key member of our UX/UI design team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the very essence of our digital platforms, pushing the envelope of design innovation with every pixel you craft

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive UX excellence: Lead efforts to enhance UX for web applications, identifying areas for research, improvement, and innovation.
• End-to-end design involvement: Participate in the design process from conception to UI implementation.
• Conduct user research: Assist in planning and conducting focus test sessions, and contribute to gathering insights for design decisions.
• Contribute to Design System: Support the development and maintenance of the Design System to ensure consistency in design processes.
• Prototype and design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, incorporating iterative feedback.
• Support in delivering UI mockups: Assist in producing UI mockups following existing style guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Eager to learn and grow in the field of UX/UI design.
• Demonstrate dedication and diligence in your work.
• Collaborate effectively within a team while also possessing the ability to work independently.
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and think creatively to find solutions.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a full-time, co-op, internship, or similar capacity.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
• Ability to create UI elements and mockups.
• Maintain design consistency, enforce standards, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on design patterns and user expectations.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with A.I.
• Experience in developing and shipping web/mobile applications is advantageous.
