Job Description:

What you'll be doing


Reporting to the Senior Team Lead of Business Effectiveness, the Associate, Client Support will provide administrative support to multiple roles within the retail banking centre frontline team.


  • At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 13 days per week onsite, while other days will be remote. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of onsite and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview_
How You'll Succeed

Administration -Maintain all new hire onboarding, termination and status change documentation, preparation and distribution of welcome packages, etc. Submit GetIT requests. Modify distribution lists & trackers as well as other items based on business requirements.

Onboarding/Offboarding - Ensure new hires are set up with required system access. Coordinate required updates on the required systems depending on the role requirements. Communicates all employee status updates to the required Business Unit mailboxes. Tracking and maintaining records.
