Job Details

  • ServiceNow Platform Performance Monitoring24x7 Support coverage to ensure Platform Availability
  • Change Coordination for Platform Maintenance Activities (Data Centre Transfers, Monthly Patching, Performance
Optimization)

  • Attends biweekly and monthly Service Metrics meetings with ServiceNow Support Account Manager
  • ServiceNow Platform System Administration duties:
  • ServiceNow Application Support
  • Operations Support
  • Incident investigation and resolution, Change deployments
  • After hours On Call Support
  • Maintenance and Administration of the Core ServiceNow TD environments
  • Maintenance of Production and Nonproduction TD ServiceNow instances and MID Servers
  • Train and Mentor New System Administrators
  • Monitor vendor Support Updates, Cases and Announcements and coordinating related action items to drive results

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Implementation
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced technology environment

ServiceNow System Administration and ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 certification preferred:


  • 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow:
-
3+ years of JavaScript development experience:

  • Experience in technical implementation efforts such as ServiceNow Integrations, Version Upgrades, Infrastructure maintenance
  • Experience working with internal support groups, 3rd party developers and a multivendor environment
  • Experience with enduser and stakeholder engagement and in other ITSM systems
  • Sound knowledge of the business, technical environments, standards, processes, procedures, programming languages and operating systems.
  • Readiness and motivation to address and resolve issues, guide/advise/support clients, partners and project teams, often working on multiple mediumtolarge sized projects.
  • Proven success in contributing to a teamoriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment
