We're currently seeking reliable, and conscientious individuals for our Lot Attendant/Driver position in our Van body Manufacturing Division located in Toronto, Canada


Are you a dynamic and organized individual with a passion for sales and a knack for administrative tasks? Look no further We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our team at a leading transportation equipment manufacturer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and play a pivotal role in our sales operations.


Position Overview:

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer-centric approach will be essential in this role.

You will work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to streamline administrative tasks, manage documentation, and provide outstanding customer service.


Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in the preparation and submission of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

  • Manage the sales order process, including order entry, tracking, and coordination with production and logistics teams.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records and customer databases.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and analysis for the sales team and management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any orderrelated issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for invoicing, payment processing, and credit control.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing or transportation industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Customercentric mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Knowledge of transportation equipment and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Pay:
$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
