Description
We are looking for a service & warranty coordinator to join our team. This position requires a keen attention to detail with a good understanding of agriculture/construction equipment warranty and service processes.

You will also be the first point of contact with customers when bringing in their vehicle/equipment for servicing or repair.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare/maintain work orders to completion
  • Generate reports as required
  • Schedule appointments/service calls
  • Create warranty quotes for approval, including photos if requested
  • Submit paperwork to appropriate warranty provider, followup as required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for service technician calls
  • Respond to customer & service technician questions/requests
  • Work with parts department to order required inventory based on initial inspection of equipment/vehicles
  • Ensure safety procedures are being followed in shop, offices & yard
  • Cover parts desk if staff is away/unavailable and assist with walkin customer orders/phone calls as needed

Requirements:


  • 35 years of experience in heavy duty equipment/truck/trailer industry with technical and product knowledge
  • Experience with Parts department
  • Computer skills using Outlook, Excel, Word & Quikbooks
  • Customer service experience
  • Attention to detail, strong problem solving
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Previous warranty claims submissions
  • Forklift experience an asset (willing to train)
  • Reliable vehicle, no public transportation available
