Name and description of the hiring department:
- Bell Canada Fleet Solutions (BFS) manages over 13,000 vehicles across Canada including 41 maintenance sites from initial purchase to end of lifecycle
- Vehicles range from ATVs, aerial devices, generators, passenger cars, snowmobiles, trailers, work vans to and heavy construction equipment
- Manage multiple external supplier partnerships: Transervice Lease Co. (TLC), M5, CAA, Alco, Adesa Canada, Manheim, Ritchie Bros etc.
- Interact with over 4000 suppliers and associated Agreements coast to coast on behalf of BCE, Bell and its affiliates
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
- Provincial licensing : Annual renewals, New vehicles licensing, Lost/stolen plates, Interprovincial plate changes, report
- Coordinate New vehicle deliveries in Quebec
- Follow up with account managers for any specific requests
- Interact and liaise daily with a number of external suppliers, internal business units and extended BFS team
- Perform fleet database queries relative to maintenance and repairs, licensing, ownership and make appropriate adjustments or recommendations
- Maintain fleet database (M5) & data integrity for audit compliancy, Health & Safety, Security or Environmental queries
- Issue appropriate and accurate PO's to suppliers
- Application and followup of government subsidies for electric vehicles and their facilities
- Communicate with QC suppliers for payments
- Provision, deliver, and track fleet vehicles and assets for business units requests, returns or queries
- Willing to undertake, partake and/or lead special assignments and projects
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
- Bilingual French and English; fluency in both languages without any restrictions
- Selfstarter and selfmotivator
- Heavily focused on team spirit (non territorial environment), sharing knowledge and serving our fleet business units
- Microsoft Office proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) basic level skills
- Continuous career development and skills enhancement training

Working Conditions:
- Business Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
- Possibility of compressed week 5/4
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
