As we embark on establishing our presence in a competitive market, we seek a dynamic Water Quality Specialist to lead the charge in kickstarting and growing our water quality division.

This role demands more than expertise in water quality instrumentation; it requires a visionary professional who can kickstart and drive the growth of our division in a fiercely competitive industry.

• Lead the charge in promoting the Litmus series, focusing on outpacing competitors and increasing market penetration.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to establish Spectra Scientific as a leader in the water quality monitoring industry.
• Provide unmatched technical expertise and support related to the Litmus series and various water quality monitoring methods.
• Collaborate strategically with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, setting Spectra Scientific apart in the industry.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and training sessions, showcasing not only proficiency but also the innovative edge of our water quality solutions.
• Compete and source local and global tenders and bids.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in water quality monitoring and instrumentation.
• Indepth knowledge of water quality parameters and sampling/monitoring regulations and best practices.
• Experience within the water quality instrumentation field is considered an added bonus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Demonstrated success in business development and sales within the environmental monitoring industry.
