Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
• Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and consistency
• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
• Repair or replace damaged drywall, wood, or plaster
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Proficient in using painting tools and equipment such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of different painting techniques for construction and industrial projects
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Basic carpentry skills to repair or build structures as needed
• Experience in restoration projects is a plus
