This is a Maternity Leave Coverage Position Months Contract with immediate start date.
Position Summary:
Perform administrative support and customer service tasks to ensure efficient operation of office environment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare various documents on letterhead and / or Google Drive.
- Submitting orders to vendors and invoices to clients
- Assist inside sales
- Payroll processing
Required Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in the English language
- Proficient of Microsoft Word and Excel and/or GSuite
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Attention to Detail
- Will teach A1 accounting software
Salary:
From $750.00 per week
