- Main responsibility will be handling insurance defence files of varying complexities independently from beginning to conclusion. This includes preparing and conducting applications/motions, discoveries, mediations, arbitration, pre-trial conferences and trials.
- Drafting opinions, pleadings, affidavits and other legal documents is also a key part of the role. These will support motion applications, mediation briefs and pre-trial memoranda.
