Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via ticketing system and by phone, ensure escalation of incidents and followups
- Troubleshoot, diagnostics and repair of hardware, software and IT infrastructure
- Perform system maintenance and upgrades
- Manage user accounts and access privileges
- Manages access to network resources, backup operations, and security procedures
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
- Monitor system performance and security
- Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure
- Management of Active Directory
- Set up, install, and maintain office equipment (printers, photocopiers, IP cameras, fax machines, computer workstations, etc.)
- Inventory management and monitoring
- Respond to requests for assistance from users and provide relevant information
- Support of Domain-Based Network via Cisco Switches/Routers and MA Servers based on Virtualization Technologies
Technical Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows 8, 10 and 11 operating systems
- Deployment and configuration of
Active Directory:
Groupe policies, creation of users, organizational units.
- Configuration of the deployment server: WSUS / MDT / WDS, PowerShell scripts
- Implementation of network services: DHCP, DNS, file sharing, print server
- Knowledge of IP telephony systems (VoIP)
- Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Knowledge of multifactor authentication (MFA, 2FA)
- Knowledge of Ticketing Systems
- Router, Switch, Firewall, Fortinet
- LAN configuration (Vlans, NAT, Dynamic routing protocol configuration)
- Implementation of the security strategy under Cisco equipment
- VPN configuration (sitetosite IPsec, GRE)
- Configuration of fault tolerance and high availability of networks
- Cisco firewall configuration (ASA 5506X, ASDM, SFR)
