Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients
- Manage and maintain the shift calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Able to make cold calls for lead generation
- Create marketing campaigns for the business
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an office is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in file management and maintaining accurate records
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Previous experience in B2B and B2C sales
- Good with digital marketing programs

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary:
$18.50-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Scarborough, ON M1B 3C6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
