Description
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Manager for the Wild Tart and The Badley in the heart of beautiful Elora.
The Badley is a retro chic diner serving lunch and dinner as well as a vibrant 80 capacity summer patio.
The Badley Bar is an upscale bar with vintage wines and cocktails. The Badley also hosts two incredible suites.The Wild Tart is a European style patisserie offering Afternoon Tea, light brunch and lunch fayre and The Tartlet is out take out cafe with specialty teas and coffees, sweet and savory offerings and meal deals.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily front of house restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maintaining high restaurant standards
- Manage reservations and communicate with kitchen and back of house
- Organize shift scheduling and supervise employees
- Train, coach and develop all front of house team members
- Create an engaging and energetic environment to build and maintain a motivated and functioning team
- Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Maintain a high level of guest dining experience
- Ability to perform opening and closing shift duties
- Hands on approach and lead by example
Qualification:
- Minimum two years of supervisor or assistant restaurant management experience in an upscale restaurant
- Proven leadership skills and positive attitude
- Strong sense of teamwork and a passion for food and guest experience
Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
