Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is personable, goal-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Duties
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that increase sales opportunities
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to reaching sales targets
- Ability to understand technical products or services is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is desirable
