Position Summary

:


The Director, Replenishment eCommerce Solutions is responsible for the end-to-end flow of product through the overall Supply Chain across 1P, 2P and 3P channels.

The Director manages strategic Supply Chain planning with the Replenishment SBU leader, including management of all forecasting, procurement of inventory to maintain budgeted inventory turns, inventory health and fill rates for all product flow.


What you'll do
:


  • Provide vision, guidance, and direction to the Supply Chain team and partner with the Ecommerce Team to support the achievement of the business objectives, strategic alignment, and implementation of Supply Chain initiatives to support sales growth with a shared responsibility for the P&L for the entire SBU.
  • Achieve the business plan and deliver the KPI targets for the Supply Chain Instock, On-Shelf Availability, Inventory (Store, FC & DC), Presub for all eCommerce 1P, 2P and 3P WFS channels.
  • Oversee divisional leadership team in their collaboration with Vendors to drive accountability and responsibility for the timely, efficient flow of goods, achieving Fill Rate, Instock and Inventory KPI's while minimizing overall Supply Chain costs.
  • Oversee the partnership with Ecommerce, Logistics, and Transportation on DC capacity planning, major event inventory flow, and event capacity planning.
  • Build and manage cross functional relationships within the matrix organization, including international partners on the development of new Tech capabilities and initiatives to streamline the business
  • Ownership of the 2P vendor community (Approx. 500) and drive operational execution and responsibility for the timely, efficient flow of goods, achieving Fill Rate, forecast accuracy, Instock and Inventory KPI's while minimizing overall Supply Chain costs.
  • Lead all aspects of people development including career planning, coaching, and performance management of the team.
  • Understand, interpret and translate Merchandising strategy/plans into Supply Chain strategy and action plans. Identify opportunities for long term performance improvement and work with appropriate Executive members to educate and gain support for action.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 810 years of relevant Supply Chain
  • 8+ years leading and developing a highperformance team.
  • Proven experience setting a strategy and executing against plan.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills and experience working with cross functional partners and key internal stakeholders.
  • Positive, inclusive, people first and results oriented. ‎
