Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Google Reviews Removal Expert who specializes in removing negative, false, and defamatory reviews from platforms such as Google Business Profiles.
This role requires someone who understands platform policies in depth and has direct experience submitting structured legal notices and removal requests on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities
Review and assess negative or defamatory reviews
Identify violations of Google's content and review policies
Draft and submit professional legal removal notices
File disputes and escalations through appropriate Google channels
Communicate clearly regarding strategy and likelihood of removal
Maintain strict confidentiality with client information
Requirements
Demonstrated experience successfully removing Google reviews
Strong understanding of defamation, false statements, impersonation, harassment, and policy violations
Experience submitting formal legal takedown requests
Ability to provide case examples or proof of past results
Professional communication skills
Discretion and high ethical standards
Preferred Qualifications
Background in online reputation management
Legal knowledge related to defamation or digital content
Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts
