Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.

Project Execution:


  • Lead project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:


  • Implement and maintain project management best practices.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Risk Management:


  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.

Resource Management:


  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
  • Work closely with team members to optimize performance and productivity.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into project management processes.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in information management or related industries.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with Indigenous cultures and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.

Job Types:

Salary:
$57,340.84-$135,023.87 per year
