Job summary
The Location Manager assists with managing the location's overall operational business while completing a defined curriculum of activities that will prepare the partner to successfully lead a Rental facility within a 24-month timeframe.
- Hiring and developing a high performing team, managing performance, providing leadership to the team, dealing with customer service issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving goals, maintaining inventory, managing a budget,and dealing with operational issues that affect service.
- Works independently to collate and analyze data using pre-determined tools methods and formats Ensures that all Production systems and processes in assigned area are in place and functioning properly on a daily basis to ensure the plant is always on schedule Ensures existing internal communications systems are effective and adequate - consistently monitoring updating as needed Carries out simple knowledge management tasks by following established procedures in order to support others Investigates questions related to existing programs processes procedures orders for learning understanding how Cintas Production facility operatesand why Controls costs seeks understand all financials reviewing financial statements Plant Manager daily weekly monthly Ensures all financial aspects operation conducted Spartan-like manner Navigates wide variety existing processes procedures precedents interpret data identify possible answers Held accountable department specific KPIs during time spent each department Performs duties assigned
