The Opportunity

Columbia College is looking for
Sessional Anthropology Instructor to teach the following University Transfer Course on campus.
- **ANTH 110, Introductory Anthropology I, sec (101)*

Wednesday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 11:55 am.

This part-time sessional position will
commence in September 2023 and end in December 2023.
Key Responsibilities

Instructors' primary responsibilities include planning, teaching, marking, and grading the appointed course/s.
-
Master's degree in Anthropology.

Online and facetoface experience teaching
Anthropology at another postsecondary institution.
Excellent expertise with Learning Management Systems (Knowledge and experience with Moodle is an asset).
Demonstrated success in innovative or studentcentered teaching techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in teaching a diverse student body.

Salary

We offer an attractive compensation
:
$8,252.78
per course for a Master's degree holder and $
9,211.36 per course for a Ph.
D. holder.
