$28.00 to $33.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Ali Go Rent A Car Inc. is a well-established car rental company with 8 business locations across BC, Canada, including corporate owned and franchises. We offer a wide range of vehicles for rent, including sedans, SUVs, and vans. We offer services in business rentals, luxury rentals as well as travelling rentals. We pride ourselves on providing a hassle-free rental experience and the best quality services to our customers. We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist to help us continue to grow and promote our brand.


Job Duties:

  • Responsible for creating comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans that align with the corporate objectives and Ali Go's brand.
  • Conduct research and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Execute day-to-day tasks for brand advertising projects to ensure all content is approved by appropriate business units, including Product Planning and Customer Service.
  • Ensure all approved brand content is up to date and made accessible to our franchisees and provide relevant assets and information as requested. Seek new opportunities for effectively and efficiently sharing marketing assets with franchisees.
  • Analyze market trends and identify target audiences to effectively promote Ali Go's brand.
  • Manage corporate owned social channels (such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) and monitor competitive landscape.
  • Analyze brand advertising budget, prepare requested reports and provide summaries when necessary. Maintain budget control reports to ensure accuracy, actual to plan tracking at a project level and clear documentation and transparency are always delivered.
  • Work closely and maintain relationships with franchisees to ensure that marketing efforts are consistent across all locations and that franchisees are aware of new marketing initiatives. Answer questions regarding marketing strategies from potential franchisees.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, and digital content.
  • Draft and publish corporate bulletins to maintain clear and continuous communication with all business locations to ensure all are made aware of all advertising campaigns and activities as well as business updates prior to the live date.
  • Support our sales and customer service teams in their marketing efforts.

Skills Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum college diploma
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships by exercising tact and diplomacy while maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suites
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools is an asset.
