For over 50 years, Kromet International Inc.

has been designing and manufacturing premium quality aluminum extrusions for the automotive, medical, furniture, lighting, mass transit and appliance industries.

Currently we are seeking an experienced AZ Driver for local runs between facilities, customers and suppliers. This is a unique no-touch freight position which allows you to be home nightly

Responsibilities:

Transport raw material, finished stock, dies, supplies and inprocess parts.
Follow all applicable traffic and transportation laws.
Drive 53' Dry Van,(75%), Straight Truck (15%) and Flatbed.(10%,Roller Top).
Control of Documents, B.O.L & Delivery Slips as well as Intercompany Mail.
Daily Truck Inspections & reporting truck maintenance issues.
Responsible for company diesel / gas card.
No Manual Loading & unloading.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

Clean Driver's Abstract
Valid AZ License
Cargo Securement Flatbed Training Course an asset. (Training available)
Strong Knowledge of Highway Traffic Act and MTO Regulations related to AZ driver requirements
