Overview:
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives
- Manage and mentor in a team based environment
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM type tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and technological advancements in order to effectively promote our products/services
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and motivate the rest of the team
- Proficiency to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Knowledge of flooring industry or products

$4,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
