Overview:

Duties:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives
  • Manage and mentor in a team based environment
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM type tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and technological advancements in order to effectively promote our products/services

Skills:


  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and motivate the rest of the team
  • Proficiency to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Knowledge of flooring industry or products

Pay:
$4,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
