Description
Baydo is looking for a Labourer/Rigger who has an interest in cranes, power mobile equipment and is mechanically inclined. This position will be working in an open crane yard in South West Development Area of Saskatoon.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and assemble rigging systems according to project specifications
  • Inspect rigging equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition
  • Communicate with team members to coordinate rigging operations
  • General labourer's responsibilities or as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a rigger or in a related field preferred but not mandatory
  • Mechanical knowledge and understanding of rigging principles would be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interest in cranes, power mobile equipment and is mechanically inclined
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
  • In good physical condition

Ability to commute daily to our crane yard on 11th Street W (South West Development Area):


  • Transportation/driver's license is a must

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
