We provide a wide range of aviation and related services to domestic and international markets. PAL Technical Services manages all aircraft maintenance activities within the PAL Group of Companies. We are currently seeking qualified applicants for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers with our Maintenance team in Montreal, QC to join our growing crew of aviation professionals dedicated to high quality maintenance operations on a rotational basis.

Our Operations:

PAL Airlines is proud to be an Air Canada Express carrier, partnering with Air Canada to support and strengthen regional air service across Eastern Canada. Since our first Air Canada Express flight in 2023, our partnership has continued to grow, expanding our fleet and our role in connecting communities throughout Eastern Canada. This collaboration creates exciting opportunities for our team by serving more passengers and reaching more markets across Eastern Canada.

• Our team currently maintains DHC-8 aircrafts

Rotation Shifts: Rotation timeline is to be determined.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Required: Completed Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course with a valid M2 or E Aircraft Maintenance License
• Required: Dash 8-300 and/or Dash 8 Q400 endorsement
• Experience in flight line operations would be considered an asset;
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
• Troubleshooting skills;
• Must possess strong interpersonal, decision-making, organization and communication skills; and
• Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations.
• Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
• Type Course Certification is considered an asset
• The standard we strive for is that Aircraft Maintenance Engineers at PAL are Type-Certified on Company Aircraft. For all qualified employees who are not already Type Course Certified, we will arrange training and cover all expenses to get you certified
