What does a Security Supervisor in Regina do?

Control and Manage shift (Supervise and Manage Schedules)
Appropriate direction given to the guard staff(Provide On the job training and coaching)
Ensure all shifts duties are completed
Review all Incidents reports for accuracy and thoroughness
Ensure appropriate followup initiated regarding incidents and site security concern
Identify training needs or requirement (self/others)
Perform ongoing performance reviews
Maintain security records
Perform Security Desk Duties
Perform other such duties as directed by the client
Trained on handling of the following areas: Fire, Police and building evacuation.
Perform site scheduling duties
Document work deficiencies and assist/plan improvement initiatives
Inspect the site for Health and Safety compliance.
To complete Monthly Reports

Qualifications to become a Security Supervisor in Regina

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 1 year as a Security Supervisor
First Aid Level C CPR and AED
Class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract
Reliable vehicle to get to site as transit cannot get to this site
Saskatchewan Security Guard License Training Certificate (we can help you get this)
Clean criminal background check
Strong computer skills.
Pass a Drug and Alcohol test
Customer service oriented.
Must be able to stand and sit for a long period of time.
Steel toe boots required
Ability to work in a stressful environment if incidents occur.
