Description
Delivering exceptional level of service to our customers involving several key responsibilities that include:

  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Speak, Read and Write
  • Bid preparation and submission. Work from the customer requirements to gather and supply specific information related to a bid. Follow up with various internal departments and field sales to meet customer data requirements. Assemble materials and submit within the timeframes/deadlines required by customer.
  • Order Processing in relevant customer service systems which includes order review and domesticuse consumable/reagent order entry for US and Canadian Customers.
  • Complaint Handling with increased detail in outlining of issue to expedite and assist in resolution
  • Billing Inquiries which include invoice review, standard price quotations, US inquiry price checks, item availabity, and standard transit times
  • Review and toubleshooting of post order issues.
  • General administration of account update requests and followup transaction issues to ensure resolution to customer satisfaction
  • Actively participate in the ongoing assessment of customer support processes and incorporate approved improvements
  • Review and processing of credit requests and associated rebillings
  • Provides adhoc support to internal and external stakeholders
  • As required:
  • Return Material Authoirzation (RMA) processing (returns)
  • Scheduled Orders entry and review
  • Processing for Radioactive Special Order Requests (SORs)
  • Processing Vendor Questionnaires
  • Credit Card issue reporting and troubleshooting

REQUIRED COMPETENCE

  • Bi-Lingual
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Speak, Read and Write
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a team based environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills ability to work well with a broad range of personality styles/ types
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fastpaced work environment
  • Flexible open to change and new information

  • Pursues resolutions with a sense of urgency and commitment to customer
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Computer Skills:


  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • SAP knowledge/experience preferred
  • SalesForce Case Management knowledge/experience preferred
  • Basic understanding and utilization of a variety of resources such as logistics/carrier sites, company websites, learning and quality management systems, etc.
