About the role:


In this role, you will:


  • Recruitment Coordination:
  • Coordinate preemployment requirements, such as background verification checks, references checks and psychometric assessments.
  • Coordinate and support virtual or onsite recruitment events, including career fairs and campus recruitment activities.
  • Recruitment Process Support:
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and online platforms.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain and update recruitment activity metrics including timetofill, and other relevant metrics.
  • Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help create a positive company image to attract top talent.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a relevant field and/or relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams to drive initiatives and projects forward
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a focus on delivering results
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to an ATS platform (preferred)

Language:
English and French bilingual proficiency required
