Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and highly collaborative Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The Administrative Assistant will support the Human Resources and Operation teams in a wide range of tasks, ranging from employee relations, talent acquisition, general administrative support and reception duties.


Role and Responsibilities:


HR Team:

  • Support the HR Manager in the full recruiting cycle, including job postings, resume collection, interview coordination and reference checks;
  • Assist in the coordination of staff performance reviews, such as feedback collection, meeting scheduling and data collection and updates;
  • HRIS entries and employee records maintenance;
  • Aid the team in keeping up to date with relevant provincial policies; and

Operations Team:

  • Support the Operations team with daytoday meeting set up and take down (greeting clients and guests, setting up boardrooms for meetings, clean up after meetings);
  • Act as back up support for the Office Manager assisting staff on site as need;
  • Assist the Executive Coordinator with Partner and Associate support as needed, including scheduling, travel booking, reservations and expense reports.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Microsoft Office Suite expert user (Excel and Word required);
  • InDesign knowledge considered an asset;
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, problem solving and timemanagement skills;
  • Background in Customer Service;
  • Adaptable, quick learner;
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Works well independently and on a team;
  • A college diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent considered an asset;
  • Prior experience working in a Human Resources or Administration role an asset.
