Description

As a Revenue Operations Business Process & Documentation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving revenue-related projects, programs, and initiatives to optimize our department's capabilities as well as gather, interpret and articulate insights from data for the creation and communication of leadership/investor presentations and related materials on behalf of Revenue Operations department.

This role requires a strong understanding of sales operations, financial analysis, and project management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning, communication and alignment.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage Sales Operations' programs from concept to completion, ensuring successful implementation, adherence to timelines, and achievement of program objectives.
  • Manage the development and design of Revenue Operations decks and presentations that effectively communicate revenuerelated data, insights, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the compilation and analysis of revenue data for the slides/presentations from various sources across multiple Revenue Operations' teams.
  • Analyze existing revenue programs' management processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Manage project execution, monitor progress, and address any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Responsible for implementation of departmentwide centralized project management tool including onboarding, training and administration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across GTM departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of revenue strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop materials, structure, and documentation to maintain internal best practices of processes within Revenue Operations department teams.
  • Optimize project intake process to improve prioritization and delivery while managing resources and appropriate internal efficiency levels
  • Define and track key performance metrics related to Revenue Operations' Programs, analyze results, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership, to communicate sales operations updates, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and streamlining within sales operations, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness of the RevOps function.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5+ years of Revenue Operations, Strategy, Business Analysis in highgrowth SaaS environment experience preferred (MBA or relevant certification is a plus)
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Solid understanding of revenue management principles, sales processes, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels and across multiple functional teams.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
