    *Sales Manager*Brampton, Ontario

    Up to 100K salary plus benefits, incentives, car and phone allowance

    • Hiring, training, motivating, and managing a team of Account Managers.
    • Develop, own, meet, and exceed annual sales targets.
    • Create and review individual sales plans.
    • Assisting the Director of Sales with pipeline reviews and overseeing company sales targets.
    • Strategize to close opportunities.
    • Accompany Account Managers in the field on sales calls aiding in the effective communication of our value proposition and closing the sale.
    • Work with procurement, customer service, marketing, and operations managers to continue to improve sales support.
    • Manage inventory.
    • Manage price increases.
    • Create accountability for the Sales team.
    • Ensure CRM compliance.
    • Organize monthly sales team meetings.
    • Organize and facilitate supplier meetings and training sessions.
    • Onboard and train new hires.
    *Qualifications*· Post Secondary Education in Business or Marketing preferred

    • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Manager role
    • Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills
    • Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning.
    • Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
    • Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
    • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
    • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
    • Experience creating incentives and compensation plans.
    • Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events.
    • High level of proficiency with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

    $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
