Position Summary

  • Proactive communication and issue identification to help the business stay ahead of potential issues to develop sufficient mitigation plans to minimize impact to business and Metergy clients and customers
  • Continuous improvement to help the business operations evolve with changing market conditions and business growth plans.

Responsibilities:


  • Support Project Managers in maintaining an efficient schedule as related to ticket requests.
  • Review ticket requests, prepare work instructions for contractors/technicians, execute resolution, and update documentation.
  • Coordinate availability of contractors and technicians to effectively schedule work requested by Project Managers.
  • Arrange building/suite access for contractors/technicians ahead of scheduled site visit.
  • Provide remote support to contractors/technicians in the use of AMR systems (Triacta/Tapwatch/Itron/CMe)
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service, time management, and problemsolving skills as related to the support and resolution of Operations' projects.
  • Any other tasks in support of Operations' projects as necessary.

Qualifications:


  • Technical degree or diploma from a recognized university/college.
years of related experience in planning and scheduling.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Have a strong background in organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess strong communication skills and professional attitude that will positively affect customer relationships.

Additional Information:


  • Have a great attitude and be a team player.
  • Must be able to travel to properties within GTA
  • Must possess a valid Ontario driver's license.
