The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for an
Executive Assistant to join our team.

In this role you will be supporting the Vice President, Investor Relations & Pensions, & the Vice President, Treasurer & Tax and in doing so will work closely with a team of executive assistants supporting the corporate leadership team more broadly.


Key elements of this role include:

  • Oversee daily office activities including organizing schedules and meetings, preparing documents and presentations, file and document management, invoice processing, time entry, and processing expense reports;
  • Have the agility to adapt to changing logistics in a fastpaced environment with a calm and collected approach
  • Play an active role in managing the logistics related to investor marketing conferences. This includes coordinating with the organizers, travel planning, and responsible for conference presentation and materials
  • Lead the logístical organization of the corporate Investor Day, a one to two day investor relations event held every 1218 months.
  • Organize, attend and record minutes at various meetings and distribute or archive them accordingly, actioning items and deliverables as required;
  • Assist with the activities associated with work plan deliverables;
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes;
  • You may be required to periodically travel to support the investor relations team.

  • Must be proficient at Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint and tech savvy when learning new technology;
  • Keen attention to detail and good sense of judgement are key skills required to be successful in this position;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and listening skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to "read the room"
  • Eager and adept at jumping in and supporting the team where and when needs arise.
