Built from the ground up by riders, for riders, we are a welcoming family of diverse motorsport enthusiasts that pride ourselves on providing a leading level of customer service.

Service Advisor
Ottawa Goodtime Centre is seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented, service department advisor. This position is the face of our service department and the liason between our service customers and our technicians.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers and create detailed workorders to ensure accurate work by our technicians.
Following up with customers with updates and quotes.
Closing workorders
Scheduling service appointments

Qualifications

Must be able to multitask, and capable of working in a fast pace environment.
Reasonable computer skills and strong organizational skills are required.
Previous mechanical exposure experience required.
Motorcycle mechanical knowledge & French are strong assets but not required.
This is a retail store; therefore this person must have the ability to work fulltime retail hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
