Office Clerk (Full time/Permanent)

Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to all costumers regarding parking concerns and questions
  • Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
  • Tracking parking passes both issued and returned
  • Ensure proper distribution of assigned parking facilities based on space availability
  • Perform Parking Permit admin duties as directed
  • Generate and submit reports according to their deadlines
  • Keeping an organized work environment
  • Assist with other office tasks as assigned

Working Hours:


  • Monday to Friday

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 12 years of customer service experience is required
  • Fluent in the French language
  • Proven customer serviceoriented attitude
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • A strong team player who can work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Resultsoriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
