Normandeau Roofing Ltd.- Maintenance Administrative Coordinator _
This position will entail providing communications, analytical and administrative support to the maintenance division in order to allow for effective operations in the admin/drafting area.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Aiding in the completion of tender/prequalification forms and more as required
- Generating, integrating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Answering phones and preparing work orders
- Call intake and direct communication with clients in regards to emergency roof leaks, extracting pertinent information to dispatch service crews in a timely manner
- Updating and creating of roof drawings
- May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects, as required
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure the flow of the department is maintained
- Create and update roof drawing using (Roofcad)
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- A college degree/diploma (asset)
- Prior administrative experience
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional computer skills
- Directive personality solves problems in decisive manner
- Aptitude to learn other software such as UDA Online Construction as well RoofCAD
- Sense of urgency with a high tolerance for ambiguity
- Detail oriented / numbers focused but with creativity to get the job done
- Drivers license
Job Types:

Salary:
$40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
