A Terex Brand, located in Olds, AB, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Technician Lead Hand to assist in the Internal Distribution department.

This position will support their supervisor with the day-to-day planning, organizing, scheduling, and coordinating of equipment, staff, and materials that are required to complete scheduled work.

Shift is Monday to Thursday 2:00 pm - 12:30 am

Qualifications:


  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office products such as Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Experience in a similar role is considered an asset
  • Ability to deal effectively & courteously with others
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to pay careful attention to detail
  • Strong written, verbal and organization skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, qualityproduction environment
  • Must possess good communication skills and a teamwork attitude
  • Able to multitask projects
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Team oriented, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Problem solving skills and strong work ethic
  • Able to work outdoors when requested

Responsibilities:


  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Receive, unpack, and deliver stock, restocking and labelling items as necessary
  • Resolve issues and concerns in a timely manner with help of the team
  • Conduct a parts search to determine availability of parts
  • Follow up on back ordered items
  • Provide excellent front counter service
  • Organize the exchange and return of parts
  • Maintain detailed accurate records
  • Ensure quality work is done in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow up with supervisor to communicate status of work orders or concerns
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work related processes
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
  • Follow all safety policies and maintain integrity
  • Actively participate and maintain positive team environment
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and light duty tasks when assigned
