Bookkeeper/Admin Assitant

What you will do in this role:

  • AR and AP reconciliation and collection.
  • Preparation of bank deposits and accounts reconciliation.
  • Data entry
  • Filling and archiving.
  • Dealing with credit card vendors (Merchants-Amex/Visa/Master Card)
  • Process invoices and credit cards.
  • Process invoice payments from customers.
  • Meeting all financial and monthend reporting deadlines.
  • Miscellaneous admin assistance.
  • Order office supplies/cutlery etc.
  • Ability to perform and adhere to deadlines as required.
  • Ability to manage time and complete tasks without constant supervision.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

What we are looking for:


  • Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience using QuickBooks accounting software, Word and Excel is required.
  • Efficiently using Microsoft outlook.
  • Strong communication, organizational, selfmanagement, and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting computer and printer issues is an asset.

$42,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
