Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

This is a key leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to effectively manage a team.


Duties:


  • Minimum a college degree in the relevant field. Certifications in food safety, food handling, food serving, and/or related areas are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of fastfood chain management experience, preferably in the healthy food industry.
  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
  • Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Stay uptodate with market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of pointofsale (POS) systems and ability to train staff on system usage
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
  • Proven experience in training and development of employees
  • Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts or pricing agreements
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and ability to reconcile cash register at the end of each shift
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make informed business decisions

Pay:
From $19.50 per hour
