Note:

This role can work from our Seattle or Oakville offices on a hybrid basis with a minimum of one day per week spent in the office.

Data Analytics Consultants work directly with clients to deliver excellent analytics solutions. Our consultants seek to understand our client's business questions and develop solutions that meet these needs.

The primary reporting tools for this role are Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

There will be a heavy emphasis on designing intuitive and aesthetically appealing analytics tools while providing robust and meaningful business insights.

Practical work experience with database design, SQL development, and advanced analytics deployments in business settings is desirable.

  • Partner with clients to learn their business and build valuable analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members on both internal and external engagements to deliver analytics solutions
  • Capture requirements and collaborate with analytics engineers to deliver new metrics and reports through various analytics platforms
  • Craft and present data stories to help businesses identify and communicate the value of our solutions
  • Partner with account executives to expand our consulting services within accounts
  • Aid in the development of public analytics solutions and example use cases to help further our practice identity and brand
  • Represent our company and build great relationships with clients in various industries

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:


  • 2+ years of experience as an Associate Analytics Consultant or analytics consultingrelated role.
  • Experience with report design and delivery using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel and have a portfolio of work to share
  • Proficiency with SQL database development; T-SQL, DAX and tabular modelling; and complex query development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional projects
  • Understand the problem at hand, study possible solutions, and find creative answers
  • Experience with creative design, with an eye for data visualization
  • Experience delivering executivelevel presentations
  • Consistently set expectations with clients and communicate issues and questions as soon as they become apparent
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, and customerfacing skills
  • Excited about working in teams and collaborating with others
  • Intellectually curious and the ability to work within difficult and ambiguous situations
  • Selfmotivated, able to work independently, and an active participant in career growth
