Process Optimization & Clinic Efficiency - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance clinic efficiency and service quality.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for scheduling, financials, and quality.
Operational Management - Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs, and company policies.
- Oversee billing, reporting, and program management for INVIVA clinics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support contract management, supply chain, and IT implementation.
Budget & Resource Management - Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Support annual budgeting processes and monitor financial performance.
- Evaluate ROI of process changes and workforce initiatives.
- Provide daily management presence and promote teamwork.
- Maintain quality standards in deliverables and patient interactions.
- Act as a resource and leader in area of expertise.
- Share technical and competitive information with colleagues.
- Participate in process design for optimal efficiency and results.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing people leaders, including performance management.
Skills & Competencies - Proven expertise in workforce planning, scheduling, and process optimization.
- Experience with AI implementation and efficiency generation.
- Strong coaching, development, and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in business or healthcare administration.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
