Air Borealis is currently seeking qualified applicants for a
Cargo Supervisor in
Goose Bay, NL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Overseeing and coordinating Cargo procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
Establish work priorities and delegate work to Cargo Agents;
Ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed;
Coordinate and plan for cargo services, such as visiting selected businesses, meeting with individuals, drop off of brochures and rates and following up with phone calls;
Accept customer freight and inquiries;
Update customer log;
Ensure customers' needs are satisfied;
Develop marketing strategies;
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory position;
Previous aviation experience would be considered an asset;
Proven leadership skills;
Must have a clean certificate of conduct and be able to obtain Transport Canada Security Clearance;
Strong communication skills (verbal and written);
Time management skills;
Must be proficient in MS Office Applications.
