Mountainview Health and Wellness Centre is a busy established multidiscipline clinic with 2 locations in New Westminster and Surrey. Our clinics offer Physio, Massage, Kinesiology, Psychology, Counselling and much more. We are looking to add Front Desk personnel to our staff for our New Westminster and Surrey locations. You will be working a mixture of daytime, evenings and Saturday shifts.

We are looking for a organized, dependable, detail-oriented, experienced, team player, punctual, excellent time management skills.

Eager to greet and chat with patients, fully fluent in English and be able to communicate effectively, and to be able to handle a steady work load, be able to prioritize/coordinate multiple tasks efficiently and be able to complete your tasks at the end each day.

To be able to work independently, as well as in a team and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • experience in Jane App
  • A must* experience in Oscar / Juno EMR systems
  • Invoicing, billing to ICBC, WCB and Third Party Insurance
  • Reception duties: answering a busy multiline phone system, data entry, typing experience, filing, faxing, assisting with the different practitioners, closing procedures are required
  • Manage, maintain, organize filing system and documents
  • Washing and Folding Laundry
  • Maintaining clinic standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Greeting clients in a positive and friendly manner
  • Scheduling appointments for clients in person or on the phone
  • Processing, collecting payments, Cash/POS handling
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in English written and spoken
  • Post-Secondary Education
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a medical/Physio office environment
  • Exceptional organization with a high attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Works well independently and accurately while multitasking and works well in a team environment
  • Strong Customer Service Skills and ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality when dealing with patient information
  • Take instructions well

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

Jane App: 3 years (required)

  • Rehab /
Physio Clinic: 3 years (required)
