    Job Description

    The Next Generation Pastor is responsible to oversee the growth, development, and discipleship of kids and youth at Living Faith Church.

    The Next Generation Pastor will serve as the spiritual leader and role model for the kids and youth within the kids and youth ministries and leaders serving within these ministries.

    The Next Generation Pastor will facilitate relational connection and spiritual growth of kids and youth through weekly gatherings, groups, leader teams, and special events.


    Required Skills

    • Be reliable, take initiative, and be selfmotivated
    • Embrace and adapt to growth, change, innovation, and creativity
    • Use appropriate judgment in the areas of discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality
    • Have a healthy, cooperative, and motivating relationship with supervisors, coworkers, and ministry team leaders
    • The ability to leading, manage, and build leadership teams within the kids and youth ministries
    • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    Education Required
    A Bible school diploma or degree is preferred.

    Experience Required
